10:00 a.m. – Noon | 4th of July Parade:
The theme for the 2025 Vail parade is "Local Motion." The parade will include community-organized floats, marching bands and performances including the Denver Broncos Stampede, Colorado State University Select Marching Band and Brothers of Brass from Denver. Look to the skies to catch our flyovers of a C-130 and F-16s.

Stay Cool between Activities:
On a hot summer day, cooling down is essential. Head to the high alpine or stay near the water to beat the heat. Take a scenic gondola ride to the top of Vail Mountain for breathtaking panoramic views. Explore the extensive network of trails, ranging from easy walks to challenging hikes. It begins at 2 p.m., featuring the Philadelphia Orchestra and is a benefit for the Vail Veterans Program.

9:45 p.m. | The Grand Finale: Vail's Firework Show:
No Fourth of July celebration is complete without fireworks. Head to Golden Peak in the evening to enjoy a spectacular fireworks show against the stunning backdrop of Vail's front side (conditions permitting).
