For the second year in a row, we have been the beneficiary of Tere Lautner's superb service and have returned to this wonderful condo in East Vail. From the beautiful upgrades in the bedroom cabinets to the fully functional kitchen, warmly appointed living room, and the incredible ease of getting on the East Vail bus to get to the slopes, this is everything that a visitor to Vail could want. It has convenience and luxury, without breaking the bank by staying in Lionshead or Vail Village and is only a 5-10minute free busride to town. And then there's the mountain and back bowls, which will always be a draw for us. Gore Creek Properties is an incredible find and we cannot recommend it highly enough - please see for yourself!

1 bedroom condo East Vail at Pitkin Creek
We spent 1 week February 2025 at this condo. It is a nice unit, perfect for a couple. It is in good condition, convenient to Vail bus. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook in during your stay. We will stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient
We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again next year. The rooms are generously sized, and the living/dining area is especially spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped, which is especially important to us since we prepared almost all our meals in the condo. The en suite laundry machines were a nice feature. The market, which is just a few steps away, was very handy - and we were pleasantly surprised that the market caused no bothersome noise or congestion. Walking to the bus stop takes about 3 minutes, which was quite convenient.

Awesome East Vail Rental
Perfect rental unit! Communication and booking was so smooth and location of the property is super convenient. Awesome views and just a minute from the market and bus stop.

Comfortable condo steps from the bus stop
This condo is comfortable with tons of amenities. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The market/wine market downstairs was very convenient. It’s about a 2-3 minute walk to the bust stop. Would definitely stay here again.

A week in East Vail made even better by staying in this condo
We have been coming to Vail for many years and have stayed at a wide variety of vacation rentals. This is by far our best experience! The condo we stayed in was wonderful: steps outside our door with a short bus ride to Vail Transportation Center and the lifts. Spotlessly clean, with thoughtful amenities, and a wonderful, very responsive property manager, as well as an amazingly well-stocked food market and wine and spirits store downstairs, this place has it all. While we have always enjoyed Vail and have always stayed in a condo when we are here, this is the first place we thought that we should make our reservation for next year right now.

Perfect two week stay!
Perfect! We stayed two weeks and the condo was clean, had nice accommodations, and my husband and I had a great time. The condo was well maintained. The only slight issue is the key pad battery needed to be replaced but Tere (Property Manager) responded immediately. Thank you Terre!! Overall description was spot on. We appreciated the convenience to market downstairs, the free bus line to drop us off at Vail and the firewood for our nightly fires in the fireplace. On our non-ski days, we took the bus into Vail Village and walked around/shopped and had a bite to eat, all without worrying about parking. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Destination Winter Vacation 2023
Value was spot on! Can't beat it! Convenient and easy access to free bus into town and wonderful to have well-stocked grocery store on site. Apartment overlooked main parking lot so could be loud at times with people coming and going. Hot tub was a short walk, kitchen stocked fairly well, and nice to have laundry in the unit.
